Technical Support
 

At PVMAINT, we undertake the process of managing equipment warranties and restoring the system in case of damage.

Specifically:

  1. We prepare a documented study for each fault, accompanied by the corresponding photographic material.
  2. We communicate with the supplier/manufacturer to replace the equipment covered by the warranty.
  3. We undertake the drafting of the Insurance Expertise File in cases where the equipment is not covered by the warranty.
  4. We organize the shipment of the faulty equipment to the supplier/manufacturer.
  5. We handle the receipt and installation of the new equipment on-site.
  6. We compile a comprehensive report regarding the restoration actions taken for the damage.
